Booking Policies
To ensure every client receives a seamless luxury experience, please review the policies below before reserving your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. This policy helps protect reserved appointment times for all clients.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. This ensures every glam appointment receives the attention and detail it deserves.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without notice will result in loss of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

To maintain a relaxing and personalized experience, additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
